Introduction-

Hi guys, its Paul just wanted to sign up and say a big thanks to everyone at the class on a wednesday for making me feel welcomed to the class. Its nerv wrecking going to a new class, especially a new martial arts class, worrying what the class the class will be like, will there be any "funny" people there taking pot shots or trying to proove a point etc cause im new. . .But there was none of that infact it was the total opposite! I couldnt ask for a more friendlier atmosphere with people willing to help and share hints and tips etc. . .
Last weeks training with the suit was fantastic, ive done nothing like it, great idea of getting some very realistic training!
anyway ive gone on enough now, ha. Big thanks and hello to all the club and Den from me. Heres to a lot more training!. . .Cheers!! . . .Paul.
