I was so impressed with his service, as described in Band of Brothers. A true warrior leader. RIP

The 1 quote that always stuck in my mind off Band of Brothers, that I found so impressive, was when one of the men were talking about him as a platoon level officer, and he said "I never understood how he stayed alive.... but he did!!" RIP.
