| Hello,
Noel here from Kildare Town , Ireland.
I joined The Irish Defence Forces in 1994 and served as a Trooper in the Cavalry Corps, 1 Tank Squadron and have served on three missions to South Lebanon.
I started my Combatives training about three years ago , and am interested in all aspects of Self Protection, CQC , fitness etc.
Just came across this forum recently and was amazed at the ammount of info here !
