Hi guys, just a brief intro 'cause I'm pretty tired from work.
I guess most of you know me, having met me at the International 2004 or 2005 or at Rich Dimitri's Shredder seminar last year.
My background is WingChun, Western Boxing, a little bit Freestyle Wrestling and Escrima. Since 2003 I'm into the Combatives-World. 2003 I started with Krav Maga and was certified as an Instrucor this year.
