TON-UPS
1] BURPEES...down to sprawl, hips low, look up, bring feet back to hands, spring up, jumping feet clear of floor, arms up.
2] STANDARD PUSH-UPS, hands shoulder width
3] FROG SIT-UPS, soles of feet together, knees wide, hands slide over groin as shoulders rise off floor.
4] SQUAT-SPRINGS..from standing crouch to touch your heels, then spring up clear of floor
5] NARROW PUSH-UPS, hands turned in, fingers touching
6] ABDOM CRUNCHES, ELBOWS UP, on back, feet crossed, hands in guard around head, crunch shoulders to hips
7] JUMP-UPS [TUCK-JUMPS]...from standing, jump bringing knees to chest.
8] WIDE PUSH-UPS, fingers face out, hands as wide as possible
9] ABDOM CRUNCHES, HANDS OVER KNEES, on back, feet on floor, slide hands over knees as shoulders come off floor.
10] SQUAT-THRUSTS, from sprawl, bring knees to elbows and shoot back again.
