Hi, y'all. I'm Larry Mougeot in Little Rock, Arkansas. My martial arts training has been mostly with the pistol (Gunsite, LFI, Trident, DARC), but have done some knife and H2H over the years (Tiger style kung fu, jiujitsu/karate blend, trained with a friend who taught H2H to Marine Force Recon). I'm a force-on-force role player at a facility that trains special warfare units and SWAT teams, so I get to fire a lot of Sims rounds from dark corners.

Very excellent information from some very knowledgeable people on this forum. My thanks to all.

Welcome aboard Larry. It's a first having someone who "kills" SWAT officers for a living!
Cheers,

I like scuffling with the special warfare guys better. They're farther away when you get shot. We're usually quite close to the SWAT guys when we're running scenarios and getting shot in the fingers (and you always do) from five feet away with a Sims M4 is intensely painful. When we run scenarios with the SW guys, we're operating M4s and we're considerably farther away and usually operating from cover.

Having done FoF, including Sims in the past I also found the high incidence of hand/arm/weapon hits.
Sounds like you have a great time there.

It's a very large time. It's good way for me to keep my skills up, it helps keep warriors alive and it let's me take on kids that are 40 years younger and kick their butts. What's not to love, Den.

If you ever find yourself in this area, let me know and if there's training scheduled, you can come lurk around in the dark and play.
