Attended seminar Sunday, and had a very informative and enjoyable day. Am actually not involved in any martial arts training etc but come from a endurance background in Triathlon. Most of my free time is spent doing this as it is what I love doing. It is why I have chose combatives as a way of protecting myself and family if we are ever in a no escape situation. Simple moves that work! means I don't have to attend classes every week. But my aim is to come down and train if I can at gutterfighters liverpool once a month.
