Howdy Folks:

My name is Michael Haynack and I'm checking in from the US. I've recently been introduced to your community by my training partner the fabulous Dr. Ruthless. She had been speaking very highly of you all and urged me to check you guy's out. Having seen some of your youtubes, skimmed the comments on this board and read a number of the stellar articles on individual members websites I have come away suitably impressed with both your spirit and knowledge. I hope that you will alow me to join in on some of the discussions here.

Meanwhile, rather than bore everyone with a recap of my background I would urge anyone interested to go to Mellissa's excellent (new) website www.dr-ruthless.com click on the "About" section and scroll to the bottom where you will find a short bio about your truly. Of course all over the site are pictures of me getting righteously beaten.
