I met Peter on a couple of courses back in the day. He was a major figure in improving police use of force training. His death is a needless tragedy. RIP.

Boatman wrote a manual entitled: "Instructors Training Manual on Edged Weapon Awareness and Spontaneous Knife Defence" whilst he was in the Northamptonshire Police - it's been on my wants list for a very long time.
