It's my sad task to inform members that my dear friend Marcus Wynne has suddenly passed away. He was more than a friend, he was a major influence on my life, and he will, of course, be greatly missed.
[Only Clint and I left from this group]
Please feel free to add your memories of Marcus.

John Brawn sent this great tribute....
Marcus Wynne passed away suddenly this week and we are all in shock. This is my tribute to the very best trainer I have ever trained with. He was the best trainer in the world bar none, he could break down complex skills and teach them any one nó matter what the skill level. I trained with him first in April 1996 in the YMCA in Liverpool. He was back doing a seminar with the great Dennis Martin on knife defense. I have been training for about 26 years at this stage and on that day I learned more in that day than I had in them 26 years. The training I received saved my life on numerous occasions and saved the lives of the people who worked with me. He was talking about things I had never heard about, OODA Loops,, NLP, Coopers Colour Codes, mental Rehearsal, vision drills
[John and Marcus at the 2006 International]
Knife drills. It was seemless and could used under stress and most importantly it worked. Fast forward to Dennis Martin s International September 2006 we had the pleasure of training with Dennis and Marcus and Clint for a week and some of the best real world instructors in the world, men who used Marcus work in the most dangerous places in the world. I think any man and woman who was lucky enough to be on learned enough to keep us training for a life time. From 2006 to present day Marcus was always on the end of the phone or email to give advice on any subject you were having problems with. He gave his time and advice freely and with his heart, I will treasure every you send me and will put it to good in this world. I have and all of us who trained with him have lost a great mentor, a fantastic trainer, a friend, and most of all one of the best human beings we had the good luck and honour of knowing. Rest in peace Marcus, We will climb that hill in your honour and leave a gift for the little people Your humble student John Brawn
