I had a grand time and I do recommend going down there, the people are freindly and like to play and train hard.

The fitness test that all students have is 10 sets of TON UPS, I witnessed Den setting the pace and example by passing that while I was there.

The fitness regimem on the course was awesome. The guys really expemplified the vasbyt spirit.

Clint phoned me to tell me the latest news, and the guys were still really pushing the limits.
We also did some great range training sessions. The amount of real experience within the group was impressive.
