Intro

Hello to all. I'm happy to say that I don't have that much experience in violent situations. That said, I think it is worth anyones time to learn how to prevail should push come to shove. I'm most interested in what I've heard described as soft skills; de-escalation, avoidance, awareness and such. Also the management of fear, or adrenaline, or whatever that watery feeling in the pit of your stomach is called these days is something I'd like to learn more about.
