EPIC -2 Seminar, March 2011 + AAR

I've booked the hall in Prescot for Sunday 20th March, starting 10.30.
The Seminar is an update on the Original EPIC Program, looking at enhancing combative performance in key areas, such as impact, fitness, situational awareness and preparation for the contempory patterns of encounter.

Great day- lived up to (very high) expectations. Thanks to Den and Si for their efforts in putting it together and all the lads for the atmosphere. WRT the presentation on motivation, just being in the room yesterday was fantastic motivation; if that doesn't leave you buzzing I don't know what will.

Just got back home. Dave, Ad and I all had a great day and offer our thanks to everyone involved. Once again I feel lucky getting to be in the room with such a capable and motivated group of guys.
Particular thanks to Den as well as to Si and the team who did another cracking job with the suit.

Another great seminar put on by Den big thanks really had a great day. It is a privilege to train with like minded guys who so motivated. SI put on an outstanding performance in the suit it was an honor to help on the safety. All the guys put on an outstanding performance in the fights, they all showed true strength of mind and were all prepared to do whatever it takes to win the fight. really had a great day big thanks to Den again look forward to training with you all again at the International.

Brilliant day, thanks to Den and Si for another great learning experience. Always great to meet up with like minded individuals who challenge themselves and encourage the best in others.
