The seminar will take place at the usual gym [Queens Drive] on second weekend in September.
As usual all participants will recieve a teeshirt, and we need you to reply to us at DenCQB@Yahoo.co.uk , with your teeshirt size, if you plan on attending. Looking forward to seeing you all there Den

I am looking forward to it, the fear and dread will kick in just beforehand, I never feel properly prepared.
It is always a privilege to train at the International with the most dedicated and skilled group I have met. More importantly it is just great to see old friends again.
I am travelling with Alan B and Dave Mc so it is going to be fun from start to finish.

Just got home from the post training scoff, and I'm as ful as a fat girl's shoes. Just a quick note to give massive thanks to Shackleton, Phil Norman and Jake, Greg Hall, Si Squires and finally Steve Callaghan, for his fantastic effort in the suit. Also thanks to the thirty guys whose attendance made the day so special. A big part of the enjoyment comes from chatting to old friends, and new. Full details plus photos later

I whole heartedly agree in my thanks to all the above instructors Dennis has mentioned above and to Dennis himself for making the day the great experience it was. It was also good to see all the lads we haven't seen for a while and meet new people. I would also thank si and Phil Norman for bringing to us his Ghost fighting on the Saturday, it was both enjoyable and interesting. Again thank you all for a great time.

What a great weekend Phil Norman and Jake were great really enjoyed the Saturday and the Sunday presentation by them cool stuff. Greg session was great as usual as was Si Squires Combat Judo. Shackletons daily ten as usual excellent. And the suit scenario fights everyone gave 100 percent the lads are hitting harder every year I woke up this morning and feel like I have been beaten up by 15 lads that's because I was excellent. It is great to train with such a great bunch if lads and finally big thanks to Den for making the international happen and making it what it is. Also big thanks to Si for arranging for Phil and Jake to come over.

Another great international. Top practical instruction from the coaches. In my opinion this one was one of the best. Got some grest ideas and drills to take back and work on. Sam sue fan off the bone and chilli sauce at the Chinese afterwards went down a treat too.

I was looking forward to the International and, as usual, wasn't disappointed. A great day's training and a ton of good stuff to take away and work on. Brilliant! Thanks to Den and all the instructors.
