Louis Awerbuck, master instructor

Shane has confirmed the rumours I'd heard, that Louis Awerbuck had passed away.
Louis joined the API staff, after leaving South Africa. He then started his own Yavapai Training company.



I only took one class with him, at an IALEFI event in Arizona, but learned so much. He had a unique way of presenting shooting problems and challenges, that really made you think. I have his book Tactical Reality
and re-read it every so often, always gaining some new insights.
The firearms training community is diminished by his passing.
