A great review. Your kick to the head of the suit during your final drill was cracking, possibly literally!
The pics are great, I hope to see more.
Would be good too if we could upload the various fight videos so we could see them again. I thought there were some really good ones that would be both enjoyable and informative to watch again (enjoyable really...). Along with a photo montage of all the slightly confused faces from the surprise at the end! :-)

Thanks yet again to everyone who was there. A nicer bunch of folks I couldn't wish to meet.

Hi Chris,
We will be getting the videos of the final stress-scenarios, and putting them on disc. We will work out a way of getting them to the participants.
We are expecting another AAR to be posted soon..... hint to Slacky!

That golf ball trick has worked wonders for my calves -- really kept them loose which has helped my running and recovery from running!

Big Thank You to James for the gravel in the shoe drill. I have recently developed a problem with my leg which has left me walking just like someone with his shoe full of gravel! Even though I can't train as usual I don't feel defenceless thanks to the experience gained doing that drill. Thanks again.
